David came out to fix my boiler he changed the ignitor and it lasted less than a day I messaged him back and he didn't offer to come back out or refund me for a job that didn't fix the problem

Phoned David at 10.30am today ( Saturday) to say I had water coming through the ceiling. Phone went straight to voicemail but I didn't leave a message. Within 5 minutes he had called me back and by 1pm the leak had been sorted ( that also included the extra 2 leaks that sprung up just after he had finished dealing with the first!!!). Cannot thank him highly enough, expecially as we are going on holiday tomorrow. Will definitely be using him again.

Great service, clean, efficient and thorough. Came out with minimal notice at a difficult time (lockdown) and sorted out a seriously leaky bit of pipework. Well priced, friendly and highly recommended - in fact I've already commissioned more work from Dave.

Had an issue with the only toilet in the house (not ideal) spoke with Dave and he knew immediately how to fix the issue and what parts would be required, he actually came with the parts which we saved time and got the issue fixed quickly which I really appreciated.

We rang and spoke to Mr Taylor on Tuesday, 9th March. He said he'd call back when he had his diary with him in about an hour. No call 72 hours later. Second time this has happened!
