This firm lie to and fob off disabled people, leaving them unable to use their baths or in danger with bathing aids that don't work, that shouldn't have been used in the first place, that don't work together, that are old stock, that will be replaced, then won't, then will, then won't. Then have the nerve tell them to answer their door after waiting in days at a time for them. They don't even turn up, lie after lie, failure after failure. Their delivery staff are helpful and polite when they deliver (faulty or old equipment), but the staff on the phones have no empathy and have no answers and they lie to cover themselves. My partner was hung up on for being upset. Nobody will help so now back at square one. Disgusting.

What a shambles. No “will hold your place in the queue” call backs despite multiple attempts. So have to hold on forever before getting another unhelpful “can’t get through to the driver”after hanging onto the phone for 30minutes.. So that is now two days wasted waiting for stuff to be collected. Absolutely hopeless.

The worst company ever to deal with. Over 3 calls trying to get through to Bournemouth,having spent 3 hours & each call never moving on from 1st connected I've given up.

We have been waiting in all day for someone to come and collect a chair after being text and told someone would come and pick it up between 8am and 16 30 pm today !!! No one has turned up and now had text to say they were unable to complete the pick up !!!! WHY ???? We were in and waiting ALL DAY !! Not good enough !!!!!!This firm has let us down time after time and should be made to answer to it !!!!! Doesn't even answer phone either just keeps playing music and leaving meaningless messages to keep you hanging on to phone to put your phone bill up !!!!!This firm needs reorganisation and communication would be be a big help to customer !!!??2 months later and once again waiting for Nrs to pick up up recliner chair after telling us they would be here between 8am and 4pm today we get yet another text at 3pm to say they can't pick it up today after all !!!!!! We have waited in all day and had to cancel dr appmt too !!!!!!! Not at all happy with this firm and how strange it was exactly as before !!!!!! Keep you waiting ALL DAY then cancel !!!!!!!! They are UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! ( BEING POLITE HERE !!!!!)It says NRS PROMPTLY PICKS UP USED EQUIPMENT AND GETS IT READY FOR NEXT CUSTOMER !!!!!!!! REALLY!? I DISPUTE THAT ADVERTISED FACT MOST EMPHATICALLY!!!!!!!!!

I regularly need to call NRS and am left hanging with no answer - there is a message where you can press a key and someone will call you back - that does not happen - today 3 hours waiting for an answer and then the phone goes deadI do not find it acceptable that no-one answers the phone in three hours let alone it then goes deadDISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!
