Chatime Bournemouth

A place with a cool decor, friendly staff & big selection on the menu. Sounds inviting, isn't it?Well, but... after my 1st (and the last, for sure) visit there, I experienced a longer lasting pain in my stomach. And all I ordered was just a milk tea with jelly topping, that I have tried in other Bubble Tea places before, without any issues.No more Chatime" for me!"

Out of my four visits here since the recent opening, I have only had one major query which ended up being due to the ordering system which left me waiting half an hour for my order before I eventually ended up having to speak to one of the workers- even though this was a pain for me, the problem was dealt with quickly and the manager apologised profusely, as he tried to somehow either get me my money back or get me a new drink. With that one problem aside, I actually really like this new place, especially with the self ordering kiosks that give you the ability to really personalise your drink and the drinks themselves usually turn out very nice. As well as this the atmosphere of the place is amazing, I love the modern decorations and the playlist really adds to the cool vibe of the place.

Cosy bubble tea shop with a lot of options, including the temperature and sugar level of your tea.Had the signature drink and absolutely loved it, finally a bubble tea shop that serves lots of tapioca in your drink, even though it wasn't cheap, it is worth it!Friendly employees and nice background music there!I also love that you can browse through the menu, order and pay from little kiosks like at McDonald's :)

There was only one staff working during the busy weekend who had to both order and make drinks. After waiting more than half an hour, we got our disgusting drinks. Ordered the bubble tea with less ice and slight sugar, turns out half of the cup was ice and super sweet. Obviously, the staff was too busy and made the drinks randomly. Will never go there again.

Great combo when you want to get away from the heat in Bournemouth. Must-visit bubble tea store with a huge selection of drinks for you to pick and the staff are always happy to give recommendation on what drinks are the best for you. The shop is so cute and drinks are absolutely amazing I definitely give it 10/10.

New bubble tea in town with self-ordering kiosks. So great for someone who loves browsing the whole menu without being rushed by anybody, like me.The drink was amazing, the staffs were very nice too.They also sell waffle and it looks delicious but we were too full for it. Definitely come back to try it next time!!!!

Ordered the matcha latte with tapioca, ice and mousse and it was so refreshing. Full of flavour. The brown sugar pearls were so fresh and tender. Matcha flavour was intense just how I like it. Had it sweet and it sure satisfied my sweet tooth. Overall, it was delicious !
