I agree with other people rude owner. Whilst waiting for someone to serve me I drop a bottle of ecover washing liquid. Instead of offer to get me another the owner said I had to pay for it. For the sake of £2 they have lost a customer and got a bad review. Very short sighted of them. It handled well

Extremely rude male staff member made me & my 2 year old daughter feel very uncomfortable today. Shall not be returning to this store ever again. Note to parents: children are not welcome here!

Have had nice conversations with one of the shop assistants, and there was a great choice of products, plus they sell the amazing Vego bar...like a bar of solid Nutella...amazing!

Amazing place with fair prices across the store. There used to be more to cater to the spiritualist community and since it was bought by new owners it lacks in most of what I used to shop for (but the old owners were rude and didn't like to assist so it's a major improvement. New staff are approachable). It's still an amazing store regardless and cheaper than most natural herbal stores.

The negative comments are about the previous owners, but now that management has changed has completely turn around. The staff is always very helpful and even geths some things specially if you ask them to have delivered. They offer a whole range of new products on reduced prices and is a lot cheaper than the health shops in Brighton.

Twice I have been in to this store and the male staff member has been rude, patronising and condescending. When I spoke to the owner she seemed to condone his behavior, she gave a very inauthentic apology and told me not to return to the store. Worst customer service ever. Note, you might only be welcome if you are of White, British origin!!
