Don and his crew replaced my roof which was rather large and very awkward and he did a wonderful job. They also clean up very well and collected all debris efficient. No complains at all. And I also informed a local Vet about a good work they did and they got the project with him as well.

We were recommenced Guildon by a colleague and we’re not disappointed in our choice of builders. Theo was our point of contact and he quickly made us feel comfortable and confident that we had chosen company who were competent and priced competitively. Once the work started the men had to work through some atrocious weather getting the site cleared and the foundations dug but nothing short of the ‘Beast from the East’ could halt their progress.There were, of course, the odd hiccups and some difficult times, especially when they opened up the back of the house. However, we were always left with all amenities working and usable and Theo was very conscientious and easy to contact. He was quickly on site any time there was an issue or we had a bit of a wobble. We are over the moon with the outcome, it has been truly life changing and I would recommend Guildon to everyone.

We were impressed by Guildon, who were friendly and reliable from the start. Don was great at communicating with us and provided full, accurate, cost-breakdowns. They were timely and considerate during the work and completed on-time (a quick turn-around). Guildon took our dilapidated, tired Victorian house and transformed into a fantastic space that we love coming home to! The guys are hard working, hands-on and diligent. Don and Theo can tackle anything - our old house had many secrets (like stairs being supported on floor boards and walls without foundations!) but they dealt with everything it threw at them. They were a pleasure to work with, totally trustworthy and thoughtful in their execution. We have already recommended Guildon to a number of friends and have asked them to come back to do our loft conversion.

Don and his team came and did a wonderful job opening out our fire place and removing our old kitchen ready for new one. The team were hard working, efficient and left the room clean and tidy each day. Don kept us informed of progress and helped us when we asked for advice. Very pleased with the work and will definitely be getting Don and his team back when we next do some more building work.

Don and the Guildon team worked at our property from September 2018 until January 2019. They undertook the refurbishment of our barn and also created a self-contained annexe above our garage.From the day that Don came over to discuss the project and throughout the building work, he was always responsive, positive and helpful. He worked with us a lot and often was able to come up with helpful suggestions to ensure that the best possible outcome was achieved. Communication was excellent and usually e-mails were answered in less than 24 hours.Don’s team were friendly, polite and hardworking. They were on-site every day, sometimes at week-ends to ensure that deadlines were achieved. They demonstrated a real pride in their work which was of a high quality. The site was well organised and tidy and they made every effort to ensure that we were not inconvenienced by their presence. We needed an exterior staircase to be built for our annexe and they created a stunning structure in oak, from scratch which has been much admired.We were on site when our house was built some 10 years ago and it was traumatic!
