Nozomi Birmingham

Visited with two friends and we all had the £25 set menu which is an appetiser, two starters, main and dessert which was very filling and excellent value for money. Drinks were also very reasonably priced.

I went there for a Sunday dinner with an all you can eat sushi menu.Very good sushi made by an expert. The taste is super but there is not a huge variety.I went there with a discount and I paid 24, otherwise the normal price is not convenient.Anyway I can suggest to go there and give it a chance but be aware that is a bit expensive

Nice sushi and dishes. A little on the pricey side but would visit again.

A cool pace for a Euro Japanese fusion experience! Cool crew! And we liked the decor!

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. One couple were already there and then myself and Husband; no one else dining. Nice surroundings. Pleasant greeting. Service was good. Food was lovely. First time I tried lobster. It was nice. Might possibly go back. My only gripe is the restaurant is not sign posted well. Walked past it twice. I did mention when we got there. Overall was a good experience. Would have been more stars bit for the sign posting.

A lot of the negative reviews on here seem to be made by the same person about the same incident.I visited nozomi inspite of seeing these reviews and was pleasantly surprised.The waiter was attentive, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was vibrant.The decor might not be to everyone's taste but let's be honest, you aren't their to eat the decor. The sushi is the freshest sushi you can get in Birmingham , the styling and presentation of it is impeccable.I would visit again and it cost only £20 a head.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday- we booked a table for 7pm and arrived early, the staff were so welcoming regardless and seated us early... The service was amazing, staff were informative and well mannered. The food was tasty! The atmosphere was lovely with a very classy interior design.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful location to eat out!

This restaurant is appalling. We reserved a table for 5, and instead were squashed onto a much smaller table, where even the menus were struggling to fit on.The manager is the reason for the downfall in our dining experience. He is incredibly ignorant and rude, and asked us to leave if we were not happy with our table. (bare mind there were 5 tables around us that were also free)A manager of a restaurant he is not, and ultimately he brought us the downfall of our dining experience.Avoid going here as you will be treated like a child sitting in the school canteen and be asked to leave when you request a table suitable for the party size.

Me and my partner were very excited to attend a night at the Nozomi restaurant as the reviews looked amazing. DON'T be fooled. We booked a table for a Wednesday night where they offer £20 for lobster and steak" Both the steaks come out. Both different colours! Both asking for medium rare

Absolute disgrace and I’m putting it very mildly.I have dined here twice, first experience was goodSecond experience a total shamblesThe manager is a joke! And has no management skills whatsoever! Just very argumentative. The food was cold ! The waitress had to be told to clear the tables, as he tried to place the main meals whilst starters plates were still on the table, be warned they will add on service fee for awful service ! A total disgrace !The security guard stands in the corner watching you relentlessly totally off putting , if attending in a party of 6 you can’t book a reservation you just turn up apparently only to find when you turn up they don’t do attend without reservation ??? ( which one is it? ) so confusingI have emailed twice no response , my friend emailed enquiring about a booking as s tester and received instance responseI certainly would not recommend this place !! Lovely decor shame About the food n staff !
