Had my car in for service and MOT. The lady at the reception was lovely and the car was thoroughly checked (was in for most of then day). Reasonably priced considering they are Mercedes specialists and compared to the prices Mercedes charge

Compared to main dealers, WMB stacks up very well. About half the price, uses official Mercedes parts and their star software (so diagnostic checks are accurate) and the people who service the cars seem to know their stuff.I'll definitely use again.Update - second or third visit now to WMB. Despite me arriving 21/2 hours late, there was no fuss at all. That's top customer care. Prices are still very reasonable and quality of work is spot on. Highly recommended

Totally awesome. Polite, and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Important: They have STAR diagnosis computer system which is important to make a valid diagnosis. Highly recommended.

I booked my vehicle in for a service and MOT. They seemed genuinely upset when they had to inform me that it had failed on part of the suspension. They were quick to get it booked in and fixed. Service was excellent with staff friendly and attentive. Whilst repair costs are never welcome, I was genuinely surprised at the price as it wasn't anywhere as high as I was expecting. After leaving a token of my appreciation, I left feeling very grateful and knowing I will most definitely be using them for all my future needs.
