Amazing food as always, full stars!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The manager at the branch(Asian man) - forgot his name, was incredible!! He is an asset to the store - always makes us feel welcomed!! Service was spot on from all staff. constantly checked up on us, food arrived quickly, and got seated quickly too!! No complaints at all, perfection!!

When my full platter was delivered, not only was the skin burnt but the meat also tasted burnt. When the issue was reported to the manager the reply received ''I am sorry that you had such an experience. I also had couple of other people reporting the same issue and will let the chef know, thank you and good bye.We had children who would not eat it because we found the meat to be dry and not up to its usual standards. As we were walking out we noticed that other people had chicken which did not look burnt.The whole experience ranging from customer service to the food left a lot to be desired."

First time at this nandos branch and very disappointed. Slow service and mediocre food.It took 25 mins to seat us despite half the restaurant being empty and plenty of staff working.The food took 30 mins after ordering to arrive. My husband had to go up and ask if our food was ready as there were lots of plates sat on the counter waiting to be served. Our food was already there and arrived cold/ just warm!We only ordered 1 chicken butterfly and a half chicken with the loaded fries. The new loaded fries again were disappointing, there was so little cheese on it we had to actually look for it. The chicken butterfly was dry.It didn’t appear understaffed so I don’t understand the reason for such delays and poor service.

A great place to stop. After a long journey as a family, we needed a place to recharge. Staff were friendly and attentive. Manager was absolutely on the ball. Our food requirements were met perfectly. We would whole heartedly recommend this Nandos.

I cannot rave about this place enough. We (2 adults & 2 children) stopped in on the spur of the moment as what should have been a 3.5 hour journey had taken us 7 hours & we were tired, hungry & grumpy.The manager, Yousuf, welcomed us & found us a nice table. He was meticulous about my daughter's milk allergy too. Having ordered, we were told the food would take 35 minutes but I think it took about 15-20. The food was hot, perfectly cooked & delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful & efficient.The atmosphere in the restaurant was buzzing but not overwhelming. We liked the lighting particularly.As we left, feeling much better, Yousuf wished us a safe onward journey. We will definitely stop in here again if we are in the area.

Walked into this particular Nandos, waited to be seated, but ended up seating ourselves as the majority of wait staff and cook staff were busy chatting over the bar/food service counter. Anyway, a person peeled her way away from the group to casually ask if we'd been to Nandos before yes we have"
