William David Hair

This was my first time at William David Hair Salon and now I won’t go anywhere else! William is so amazing, he took a lot of time and care to make sure I was happy. He is so friendly and chatty too. I absolutely LOVE the end result. I really got my confidence back and my hair feels amazing! All the staff are so lovely and i’ve never felt more at ease. It was the best hairdressing experience i’ve ever had and i’ve already booked in for another appointment. Thank you so much!

I'm so disappointed in my experience of this hairdressers and their response to my complaint! My hair was a yellowy/honey colour, and I wanted it to be a blonde balayage. Instead, they gave me grey hair with blocky brown roots that don't match whatsoever - I also paid for senior stylists but had junior stylists do the brown bits (which are patchy with some bleached bits not even properly coloured).When I complained, they said they'd done an amazing job, I had unrealistic expectations and they were 100% never going to give me a refund. All they offered was to fix my patches...but why would I go back to a place that ruined my hair to begin with?At the end of the day, if you run a business and you mess up as badly as they did, you should feel obligated to at least give a partial refund. But quite clearly, they don't care about their customers.

Mel is an amazing colorist and they use the best products for your hair!

What a place!! Chloe is an amazing stylist with an extraordinary eye for colour, so much so I don’t need it coloured ever again. This is my second visit with Chloe, and she did the colour so well the first time I only needed a toner and cut. The perfect match to my natural hair. The salon is comfortable and stylish too, it’s the perfect package. Definitely recommend.

I cannot thank Chloe enough at William David Hair. Not only is she a wonderful hairdresser but the loveliest woman who could make anyone feel comfortable and at ease. She always listens to exactly what I want and I have never had a bad experience. I walk away absolutely loving my hair every time. The new salon is also beautiful & I look forward to my appointments every time! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Thank you again Chloe, you're the best!

Absolutely love these guys. I originally came here because they use Aveda (cruelty free, a lot of vegan products and AMAZING hair products) and I keep coming back as the hairdressing is amazing! My hair can't go near straighteners, it's very bleached and breaks off at the sniff of them, however, most hairdressers will still put straighteners on my hair even though I ask them not to. Not the case here. They really listen to your requests. They cut my hair exactly how I want (straight, no layers) and are kind. Also, they do a killer Dutch braid if you are into that. Definitely recommend.

Visited yesterday and I've already been recommending to friends and family. Will was fantastic! I had no idea what I wanted, I just asked him to make my hair look a bit 'spicier' and he really delivered. The products used feel expensive and have left my hair feeling great, even after being bleached.They have a new salon which is clean, bright and lovely. Very attentive staff, never had an empty cup.My baby attended the first consultation and staff made an effort to make us feel welcome. On the actual appointment I was given space to feed my baby part way through and the girls all made my toddler feel welcome by chatting and waving to her.Finally found a hairdressers I've fallen in love with again, already booked in for my next appointment. I can't recommend enough!

I have been going to Grace for almost two years now. I couldn’t recommend her enough. If I fancy a change I trust Grace to suggest anything and she always does an amazing job! She knows me so well and knows exactly what I’d like my hair to look like. I so look forward to our Saturday catch ups and I come away feeling a new woman! Grace you are fabulous - don’t stop doing what you are doing! Everyone else at the salon is so friendly and I always feel welcomed. Such a gorgeous salon.

I recently visited the salon for the first time and my hair done by Mel. Not only is she a lovely person, it's one of the best colours I've ever had. Really pleased with it.I've since been back and had another great haircut by Mel and most recently Shona who equally did a fantastic job!
