Got a flat tyre on the way to the train station, the guy in the shop was so helpful and quickly changed it there and then, saving the day! Not sure how much it usually costs to replace an inner tube but was pleasantly surprised by the price :)

Absolute legend! Fantastic bike mechanic and human! I was recommended cycle shack by a friend as I’d had a few nightmares with other mechanics who charged a lot for poor work. Well all I can say is I’m so stoked to have found this place and will always get my bike serviced here in future. He sorted out my issue and didn’t even charge me! Visited on 3 occasions, always friendly and attentive. On two occasions I went in with a problem and the mechanic has provided advice/a solution that no amount of googling or YouTube tutorials could solve! Thanks for helping me out. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I took my bike today as the break pad had gone, and he charged me very fair price. Very friendly and helpful. Helped me with a bike light and made my saddle higher as I had it way too low! Will definitely return.

fantastic staff! I got to uni and realised I forgot my bike lock so quickly cycled here to buy one but they were all sold out of the cheaper locks (no surprise!), thankfully they let me borrow a lock for the day. will definitely be back when I need anything bike related

Fantastic service and friendly staff.Serviced my bike and fitted a new crank arm he had out the back from a previous repair for FREE! I was shocked when I came to collect my bike and there was no charge. Definitely recommend, and it's the only local bike shop I'll use from now on. 10/10
