Ryan has always provide great service at competitive prices in my last 2 homes. Ryan is a flooring specialist he is not a removal firm responsible for packaging up my breakables or moving my furniture that’s my job. Ryan is a flooring specialists and not an audio Enginner and I wouldn’t expect him to route my surround speaker cables that’s my job. Ryan is a flooring specialist and not my house keeper so wouldn’t expect him to get my hoover out and clean a bit of fluff up and dust my house a the same time. Ryan is responsible for doing a great job at providing and laying carpets everything else is my job.

Fantastic service from start to finish, highly recommend.

I recently had my house decorated from top to bottom. I then wanted 3 new carpets.Bloomfield carpets was recommended to me because my normal carpet fitter had retired.He came gave me an estimate and I explained I was disabled and couldn't move any furniture he said not a problem there's 2 of us.Came on the day laid the carpets and went. Left a trail of destruction paint and wood stain damaged the decorators came back to touch up the walls etc wall socket damaged TV not working correctly ripped wires from the back and left plus a broken ornament.The mess he left he'd taken the old carpet but didn't bother hoovering the new carpets (which previous fitters had done) furniture not put back correctly. I had to get friends round to help clean up and put the furniture back.Contacted Ryan who came back next day got the TV working apart from one speaker on the surround sound said he would get me a new ornament and socket I will be in touch.Had to contact him twice before he returned replaced the socket and got the speaker working by taking up apart of the carpet (said this wasn't his fault)I had a district nurse visit while he was repairing the damage.He left when I looked at what he'd done he still left a mess and furniture not put back. The last photo doesn't really show much apart from the bits from the carpet and items not put backHe wasn't happy about having to return to put things right when I asked about the ornament he did say he would replace it but didn't look into it just sent me an email saying it should have been moved.He said send bank details and he would pay the cost.I certainly wouldn't recommend Bloomfield carpets to my worst enemy heaven help friends and family.P.S. I didn't take a photo of the main mess because it wasn't until after that I can across the other problems

not the highest quality, the glue they used on the vinyl made it come up after a week absolutely not worth the money

Best carpet fitter in town highly recommend. Reliable, affordable and comes with bags full of interior design knowledge. Nothing too much effort. Recently had my ACL reconstructed and Ryan and his team didn’t mind moving furniture about to get the job done. Everything put back exactly where I’d asked. Will definitely be having him back to fit the rest of the house.

Do not go with this company if that's what they call there selfs! He came the most arrogant man iv ever met! He left the once he layed the carpet he was then picking up rubbish I told him to leave it I would clean up the mess he left when I started pick up the off cuts he left a big bit under stairs that he hadnt done I messaged him he told me there wasn't enough to fit it he didn't even tell me he just covered it up I sent him a polite message asking if he could come fix it he egnored my messages so rude please do not go with this company it's a joke wish o could add the photos!!!!

I absolutely love our new floors, the quality seems excellent and the lads who fitted were fast, efficient and polite. They look really great!
