Great Idea!Just not executed very well.I like the smell of MY washing Powder and MY Conditioner!What ever soap they use does not Clean your Clothes Properly!It costs a Fortune for Rinsed Clothes. Not washed. I wouldn't Bother. Go to Salisbury There is a Good Laundrette there.The OPTION" of using own Products could solve the Issue."

Used this place last week no problems ..this week one set of machines were not working and the ones we used didn't rinse or spin very well..had to take alot of wet washing back with us as the dryers were in use as the others were not working ...

If you want to get your clothes slightly damp, then this is just the place, if you want to get your clothes CLEAN however, then these aren't the machines you're looking for.This is the second one of these I've used, and neither of them were any good- even with two extra lots of detergent AND a pre-wash.A 24hr self-service laundrette is a brilliant idea in theory, but these machines are woefully inadequate in practice.I certainly won't be using them again..1/5- and that's only because zero stars isn't an option.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They charged me double the cost of my previous launderette but did not provide the WiFi, seating or shelter. Their drying machine was cold so I had to rush to a proper launderette to dry my laundry at half the cost. They refused to refund their £7 drying fee unless I agreed to additional privacy conditions, and had the audacity to tell they have a NO QUIBBLE refund policy, while they quibbled me out of my refund!
