My partner ordered 2 watches online before our wedding and said they would arrive on the Thursday but after payment the email said it would be the Tuesday which was after our wedding, after he rang the store Ian the manager sorted it all out for us and got the watches sorted straight away to avoid any upset, absolutely brilliant service from Ian. Would give more stars if we could for how helpful he was and how he went above and beyond to help us out in time. Amazing personal service, Thank you.

They have some good deals here but you can find the same watches cheaper other places. Shops not huge so will find a bigger range online. Staff friendly enough.

H Samuel Telford Town Centre, Telfor, Shropshire.20th March 2023I purchased a necklace from H Samuel in Cannock last September for my Daughter's birthday. Unfortunately the chain has broken on 3 occasions, the first two times we took the chain into Hinds, another Jewellers in Telford to be repaired as we had used them to resize a ring recently.Feeling a little disheartened I decided to pop into the Telford branch of Samuels as I was in town anyway and ask what their thoughts were on what my best course if action was, was it worth me going back to the Cannock branch could they help?I have to say, I was completely blown away by the help the branch gave me, not only did they contact the Cannock branch to find out the details of the sale but they took it on themselves to offer a replacement regardless of the fact that it could have been accidental damage ( i had also had it repaired elsewhere)Regardless the gentleman replaced the necklace and i have paid for a 3 year cover too. I can't thank the gentleman and young lady I spoke to enough, how refreshingly kind and professional. Thank you so much and I will be a returning customer.Mrs Pam Knight

Great service, ordered a watch online and it was delivered within 48 hours. Watch needed adjusting took it to the Telford Town Centre shop and the staff was very helpful and adjusted it on the spot. All done within 10 minutes. Great all around service.

Popped in looking for a watch and was greeted by the friendliest lady. I think her name was Hannah and she was over from the Cannock store. She was so helpful and attentive. Great to walk on somewhere and made to feel welcome.

A lovely little store with lots of variety and really competitive prices! Staff are friendly and happy to help with any questions you might have.
