Had a temperamental radiator valve that I couldn’t seem to get any plumbers to come and fix without being told 4-6 weeks. JB were flexible and efficient, and had the job done in no time around my schedule. Great communication with the main office to confirm dates/any time delays. Highly recommend and would use again.

Filled the online form in and within the hour i had a call from the office to say they could fit me in that day as it was a small job. They were very accommodating with my request to call when they were on the way so that i could leave work to meet them at home and were punctual and professional when they arrived and did a great job. Have used this company for many years. They installed my condensing boiler and have regularly serviced it. They keep me informed about the date for the annual service that protects the warranty and book a visit at a convenient time for me. The engineers carry out the service efficiently and professionally.

Everyone from the office to the engineer were polite, helpful and professional. They came out on the same day as the request and were punctual. The engineer quickly diagnosed and explained clearly what the problem was. Whilst he was unable to fix the problem due to the plumbing being concealed behind tile work, he did advise us on next steps. We would like to thank him for his persistence and attempts to fix the problem without the need to remove the tiles. We would recommend this company.

JB heating services provided excellent service. They kept me up to date every step of the way and provided detailed information when choosing the new boiler. There was an issue post installation but they were straight back out to resolve and the issue was caused by a blocked pipe so nothing to do with the new install but they resolved none the less. I would highly recommend this company.
