I have just had the most amazing deep tissue massage from Jayne! Having had 20 years of osteoarthritis with increasing pain I have had many a sports massage, some good others not so. Today Jayne took a detailed medical history before releasing stiff and painful neck and shoulder muscles ; I walked out feeling so good. I cannot recommend Jayne highly enough. Back next week for her to sort out the issues I have with my hip since having knee revision! So glad I have found her!

I feel lucky to have found Jayne during my visit from USA. Jayne carefully listened to my concerns (neck and shoulder) & preferences and then customized a treatment plan. She is very attentive, checking back with me on pressure, comfort, temperature, etc ..Jayne is highly experienced and knows how to work on difficult spots. She helps me loosen up muscles / knots using various techniques in deep tissue massage and stretching.

Just got home from my first session with Jayne.I suffer daily with chronic pain, spasms and exhaustion. Jayne was incredibly knowledgable and explained what could be contributing to my pain, what she could do to help and ended up recomending a deep tissue massage.I have come home feeling extremely relaxed and fluid, far from how I was when I went in! I feel like my posture has improved and I can move around with far more ease than before.I would absolutely recommend Jayne to anyone reading this and I will surely be back for more treatments, thanks again Jayne!

I just had my first massage with Jayne and I have felt a huge difference already. She was highly professional throughout and due to her extensive knowledge was able work out exactly those points that needed to be worked on to give me some relief from my ongoing headaches/ migraines. I felt a great deal of built up tension, was released in just one session. I will definitely be returning!

Jayne is amazing!! She gave the best ever deep tissue massage on my back, shoulder and neck. I slept so well afterwards and have really noticed the improvement in my range of movements. Tension all gone. Wonderful experience!

have been limping around over the weekend with a pinch nerve/sciatica pain, totally unbearable but managed to get to Jayne.. she worked her magic on me, when i left, i was still limping a bit fr the pain of the work but the next morning, i was able to walk n put my weight on the leg!! She's a total miracle worker!!

I am a vintage runner with many miles on the clock; recently I pulled a hamstring - I used to have regular massage sessions elsewhere for many years, most of my previous therapists have moved/retired/given up after Covid!Saw Jayne today - a brilliant, down to earth lady who knows what she's about, thank you so much!!Highly recommended.
