Avoid this branch, customer service is awful. They’ll happily take your money but once they’ve got it they’ll mess you around for six months in my case!Ordered a spare key in August arrived six months later (I enquired they didn’t bother to tell me) I was warned it could take this long but they could have let me know when it was in stock.The main issue arose when I booked in for it to be coded to the car and upon arrival was told they couldn’t do it because the technician isn’t there. This happened FOUR TIMES! Different excuses each time.Really wish I read the reviews before I came here but will definitely be finding another branch going forward as this place is terrible.

Took my car in for service. Cost me over 400 pounds, money is not a problem but wn u dont gt a good service it is upsetting especially when u spent so much. They did a very bad job at washing and cleaning my car .wn I went to collect it it had dirty handprints on the outside of the car wn I opened to sit in it the dashboard was still dusty I was almost in tears , I went in to complain at reception a guy called Mr Alom just simply apologise and sed bring it bk in a weeks tym we'll wash it for u ..that was not good enough I live far from this place so there's no point in going all the way there just for a wash. They should've done a good job in the first place.never going there again and would not recommend to anyone either. Now I'm in doubt if they even did a service on my car properly..did they just do paper work.

Worst dealers locally. I had Mercs for a no of years. Since moving to Solihull, I had no choice but to use this garage. Due to consistent poor customer service, I ended up hating the brand and switched to BMW. Sytner BMW in Solihull are a dream to deal with. Shame how one dealership can ruin such a big brand.

I had an appointment and arrived on time , I was asked to take a seat , which i did. Then the guy said i didn’t have an appointment to sit and wait , which i knew . So why ask me to sit and wait … anyway I left and he said car will be ready by 5pm. Around 11 am he called and said again car will be ready by 5pm and to come and collect then, he asked if they need to keep overnight will it be ok,, I said yes but call me to update at I use my car for work ( driving instructing) during the day I left 3 messages for them to call me as I needed to know if car was ready or not as I needed to arrange a lift as I live half hour drive away. By 5 pm I’m annoyed as I had no response . Then shortly after the guy called saying that they haven’t diagnosed the problem and needed to keep the car and he said it will be ready the following day , mid morning, i had to cancel my pupils for the morning. What I didn’t understand was why was I needed to be kept for overnight when they charge for 1 hour of work and call to say if they need longer and will cost more , there was no mention of that . So made me feel that they hadn’t liked at it at all. Next day came , again called and no reply . Then early afternoon the lady that answered the phone asked and found out that my car was next in… so why was I told mid morning it will be ready Shortly after I called again and i asked for the manger to call me as I was not happy at all . Again no response . At 4:14 the guy called saying there was nothing wrong with the car and after I had insisted they did a test drive . As they took 2 days to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car I asked my son to collect When he drove the car the problem was still there which is the collision assist. A message did pop up on dash then went . So when close to vehicle in-front it alerts you and a red triangle would show on dash . This wasn’t the case . So how can the technician say it was working when clearly it isn’t . The customer service was so bad and they don’t know what they are doing . It took 2 days to tell me there was nothing wrong with the car except the problem was still there , I will never come here again, I went to Mercedes cos Mercedes’ built my car and they have no clueAlso I lost money as I had to cancel my pupils for the whole day

Absolutely shocked. I was told to bring the car in for the air bag recall. The service team called and told me it is already done but there is a SRS error still present!! And if I want this looked into I will have to pay the over £100!!SRS error means there is a fault in the airbags so how can they even allow a customer to drive off saying it is fixed when the error still shows up. And then to try and charge me for a service that is meant to be done free of charge as a recall. This is disgusting and I will now be making an official complaint. You have put lives at risk if there is an accident because you know very well the airbag issue is not fixed with error present.

I recently had a service appointment at Mercedes Benz, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I had to spend the whole day waiting for my vehicle to go through a diagnostic, and there was a serious lack of communication and organisation throughout the process. Additionally, despite requesting a simple health check, it was not attempted, which was a major letdown. Ruined/Wasted my day!I expected better service and attention to detail.

The worst avoid at all costs! I used this dealership recently as my local dealership closed down. They are nothing but liars. Told me my repair wasn’t covered under warranty and if I wanted my car back I needed to pay over £2,000. When I took my car away the repair hadn’t fixed the issue and my number plate had been taken off for no reason and left in the car. Went back several times and again told the issue has been fixed and to drive it for a few weeks. A month later still had the same issue so emailed and called the branch over and over and no response until my car broke down with the same fault. I have them received a call to tell me I would be charged as the fault is not covered under the warranty and is different to the original fault and when I refused to pay I was threatened with 24 hours. I requested a call back from a manager and it’s been 3 days and nothing. Emailed and no response. Both Jessica the senior at the branch and Matthew the branch manager do not respond to emails or get back to you. Lack of knowledge and poor customer service! What a shame Mercedes!

Something has gone very wrong with this service centre. I've been a customer since 2009 and it has previously been excellent. As of the last 3 years the quality of the service is shocking to the extent that I will think very long and hard it I want to buy into the brand again. It's virtually impossible to get a call back when they promise, God help you if you have a warranty issue as the majority of the time I've had to re-book the car in as the fault remains when they hand back the car back to me. One one occasion I had the car handed back to me without any work done to it with no explanation other than a computer fault prevented the service team from working on it and then they didn't bother trying to get me booked in again nor return my calls. To make matters worse I once left 5 messages with their LSH Auto centralised booking team over a period of a week and the service centre apparently did not receive a single message. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
