Stop deciving people telling them it's a free call out when its not, the call out charge is added on top of all parts and labour. You've just charged me £30 when for just advising me to turn my refrigerator off for 24 hours.

Absolutely brilliant service by John, was about to buy a new Samsung at £1500 and he fixed ours for £165 - no call out fee. Great guy, extremely reliable and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Very Very impressed by his honesty. The job was going to cost me £165 which I agreed to, but once job finished he said part didn’t cost him as much so total was £95. I mean if that isn’t a sign of a good honest guy I don’t know what is! Extremely valued his honesty.Job was done well, knew exactly what he was talking about, fridge cooler than before- happy days!You’ve won a fan mate, will use again no questions!
