Terrible customer service. Short sighted. Advisor probably hates her job. I'd avoid at all costs. I suspect this brand will not be around much longer so I'd only buy from them if the item can't go wrong. (if the poor service received from Melanie Tozer isn't indicative of the team then I'm happy to change this review)

Pretty poor quality products. I have had 2 pet mate microchip cat flaps, the first one stopped working within the 3 year warranty and was replaced. The second one didn't even make it to 18 months before it also died, however because the total time was greater than 3 years since I bought the first one petmate refused to offer a warranty replacement nor did they even offer a discount on a replacement as a gesture of good will.

If you buy from this company (which i wouldnt recommend) consider this: They have no options for delivery such as click and collect etc (a standard of modern business.) They only have delivery to your home and they only use Hermes/Evri (no alternatives.) Most of you dont need me to tell you how dodgy Evri/Hermes is, you only need to read the ever growing knowledge on the internet, they lie, thieve, deceive, steal parcels, trash parcels, make up stories. Day by day they are more universally hated, so any seller that uses them isnt worth your time unless your looking for dramas. I and folks I know make a point of not using any seller that uses Hermes (though this order was made specifically for intelligence and filming of the Hermes courier delivery) and more and more sellers feel the need to reassure me that they dont use Hermes/Evri.DONT BUY direct from Closerpets, if you want their products source them from a 3rd party reseller who doesnt use the scumbags Hermes/Evri...

If I can give them 0 stars I would have.Ordered an item from them, money quickly taken but I now need a replacement.I have emailed them twice, sent a message through their website and called them 7 times over 2 working days and no one picks up.

Great service, sent email to check which size replacement security panel we would need and reply received later that day. Ordered the panel that evening for it to arrive in less than 48 hours!

I bought a fish pond filter from this company ten years ago. I wanted some information about the filter so sent them an email. They responded to me the next day and gave me the advice I required. I haven't dealt with them for all this time, I haven't spent any money with them, and yet they helped me out, gave me the info I needed and were super quick with this information. Can not fault the customer service! Long may they carry on in business. AND the filter is still going strong after ten years!!!!

Ordered a couple of items on Thursday, free shipping and they came next morning.Excellent service, thank you very much
