I can't speak highly enough about Craig and his team. I am writing this post as an IT Support Provider in Manchester. We work closely with Sedcom for help and their expertise and they are superb. In both technical expertise and customer service I would strongly recommend anyone looking for an IT Service Provider to reach out to Sedcom. Their company values shine through to everything they do.

We started using Sedcom in 2017 for server hosting but were so impressed with their service that we upgraded to benefit from their maintenance service. We were right to do so as they offer excellent support. We moved to Bournemouth last year, and the high level of service has been maintained. They are quick to respond and resolve any issue, always very helpful, and we would happily recommend them.
