Holistic Doctor

My husband and myself attended Dr Modestas's clinic. We were very impressed by his knowledge and the time he took with us. We felt we had been listened to and given good sound advise. Well worth the visit not like a ten minute visit to your GP, if you can get and appointment. I would highly recommend Dr Modestas to anyone who is serious about their health.

Dr Modestas Jarutis is so pleasant to speak to, I felt very comfortable talking to him. I felt well listened to, and i felt Dr Modestas had a lot of information to share with me as well regarding things I could try to help my situation. After we had spoke, the Dr kept suggesting helpful things and checked up on my casually to see how I was doing, which I appreciate.

I’ve just had my first session with Dr Modesta and have only good feedback to share. I’ve been given an initial two week protocol with many positive actions to take. After hitting a brick wall with my experience in the NHS system I feel after just one session that my hope is being restored and I have a great starting point to focus on my recovery. Feeling optimistic and looking forward to future sessions and a return to equilibrium with my health.

I usually don't write reviews but this time I would like to leave my review on Dr Modestas professional approach to my problem.At the first appointment, Dr Modestas asked me about my health history, stress level, my last blood test. Based on that he wrote a protocol on supplements and a diet to follow. He was always available for any of my questions or concerns and took time to listen.On follow-up appointments, we noticed a big challenge in my health and my GP for up to 6 years could find out what was wrong with me. Dr Modestas got to the core of my problem and now I feel much much better.I'm highly recommended Modestas!!!

Update October 2021:Since Dr Modestas moved back to his native Lithuania I have continued to receive invaluable guidance and remote assessments from him.I was quite ill recently and reached out to Dr. Modestas and received a call back within a few hours. This is at a time when it is impossible to get through to my local GP Surgery to even arrange a phone call with a doctor. His evaluation of what I was experiencing, why it had manifested and what I needed to do was very reassuring and took away most of the concern I had.Over the next 3 weeks or so he checked in on me and made subsequent recommendations to help with my recovery.Thankfully I am well down the road to recovery using the holistic protocols provided by Dr. Modestas. I have full trust in his knowledge, guidance and ability to help me heal. He is one-of-a-kind and sorely missed here in Belfast.Original May 2021:I don't know where to begin in describing the impact Dr. Modestas has had on my physical and mental wellbeing in the 18 months I have been going to him…in summary it has been life changing!I was originally referred by my dentist who suspected a gut problem which had resulted in me requiring 2 crowns in quick succession. The first bioresonance scan highlighted issues with my gut, high levels of fluoride (I grew up in an area where the water is fluoridated) and parasite toxins, as well as a trapped nerve from an undiagnosed malformed disk in my lower back.Through a combination of diet changes, homeopathy remedies, supplement changes, daily exercises for my back and jumping in the freezing cold sea, 6 months after my initial visit there were significant changes which I not only felt but could also see in my follow-up scan…and now 18 months later my most recent scan has come back all clear and I feel like a different person.I have always suffered from a weak immune system, and this is something the scans highlighted. I had my first visit with Dr Modestas because of issues in my gut and overall energy level. Because of his advise and guidance, I came away feeling very positive and hopeful. He is very professional yet personal. In my consultation I had the full body scan and he gave me advise in how to improve my health and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have been following the detox treatment he recommended and i feel so much better. If only everyone tries and follows his approach for a healthier life. I highly recommend his clinic.

Having been diagnosed with triple heart disease I was nervous that I would need surgery but after speaking with Dr Modestas I was put at ease and after a full consultation by phone I was given a course of action that was easy to follow. Modestas is a wonderful man I have known him a few years and he is always on hand to call of I require any advice regarding my health I visited him when he worked at Synergy and had the bioscience scan done which was very interesting, he is extremely knowledgeable and always gives great advice regarding an holistic approach to our health, I wish there were more doctors like him!
