Food has been the best last 3 weeks I ordered crispy chilli beef tonight hardly any beef in it for the price they charge u would expect a full meat dish u were doing well after 5 but its slipping again

best chinese ever, our regular.. the food is always piping hot even though we live 15 mins away, 20mins with traffic. portions are huge for the price too!

DO NOT eat at after five! Been theres loads of times and ordered tonight to find a dead fish in my food!! Took a picture and rang up to have all the staff and manager laughing at me saying they don't sell fish! So i sent a picture and call them to then not get even an appololgy to be told from the manager they thought it was a hoax call thats why they were laughing and he kept saying hes baffled how its got in there in a beef dish! Still no sorry after stating again no ones even appologised to me! Absolutely disgusting and i will be taking it further. Husband ended up driving there with all the food including the fish and guess what they still didnt appologise when he got there and said they were busy!! SHOCKING DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Awful food. Couldn’t eat any of it. Disgusting. The food was old!Like it had been made days ago. So so disappointing. Doesn’t deserve one star.

November 2023 edit...I still order here when a cheeky takeaway is fancied, the quality and service remains great! Food is always delivered hot, order received is accurate representation of what I requested. Staff are always helpful and friendly.Original review - I have regularly ordered from After Five over many years and cannot fault the service, quality or taste of the food. All food has always been delivered hot due to being well packed, on the odd occasion the wait for the delivery has been slightly over the estimated time frame but never by too much and again once received the food has been of the best quality.The menu is varied, however I do tend to stick to a few firm favourites but that is down purely to my preference.I have never had a bad meal delivered and certainly recommend

Just received my order 30 minutes after the end of the time slot I selected for delivery, and all I can say is that I won't be ordering from here again.Food is completely cold and completely unsatisfactory.

Waited an hour and a half for stone cold food and a missing item from our order. I appreciate that it's been cold outside, but you should never have to warm your order up in a microwave before you eat it.. i rang and told the restaurant, couldn't have any sort of refund because wed warmed it up and started eating it, but we were hungry so we weren't going to wait any longer.. got offered a discount on our next order but it was the first time ordering there and even tho after it was heated again it was nice we won't go back now just because they weren't arsed when we rang them up, they literally didn't care, not the best customer service, NEVER CHEAT ON YOUR REGULAR CHINESE HAHA

Ordered 6 items off the menu and every single one of them was stone cold I ordered duck spring rolls which are more expensive than normal and couldn’t see or taste any duck in them at all was all just veg. The salt and pepper chicken pieces were chewy and the chips were like soggy cardboard. Delivery driver was lovely but rang the restaurant to complain and didn’t like the guy’s attitude he first of asked which delivery driver it was as if it was his fault the food is stone cold and the spring rolls were full of veg and then said well if they’ve got the sauce in the bag there definitely duck which doesn’t make sense to me because you could still of put the wrong rolls in the bag even with the dip but yes definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t be ordering again also small portions compare to anywhere I’ve been before

Had salt and pepper share box, great value, great taste, good price and dairy free,Plenty of food for 2-3 people most helpful with allergens.
