A fantastic experience at Francesco in Shrewsbury everytime.I'm now excited for my hairdressing appointment rather than fearful.Charlotte has unearthed my curls after very many years of searching for a hairdresser to do so.This time Scatlett applied my colour under the direction of Charlotte and its just gorgeous. They take the responsibility away from me and guide me towards the hair style and colour that best suits me. Exactly what you want from a hairdresser. 5 stars all day long .

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I always have a good experience. Thank you Louisa for styling my hair so proficiently and a special thanks to receptionist Jane for looking after me over the years!

I had Scarlett do me a full head of foils and Tori do my cut, I love the results and appreciate the hot drinks and help with the car park!
