Ziryab Executive Buffet is a hidden gem, nestled in the heart of Birmingham. Easily accessible from major roads, ample parking is available, ensuring a hassle-free dining experience.The buffet's extensive selection is truly impressive, with a wide range of hot and cold options, including succulent curries, sizzling stir-fries, and mouthwatering desserts. Would recommend the freshly prepared lamb chops.There is a good selection of vegetarian options available

Ziryab Executive Buffet
Though the reviews are high, the taste and quality of the food is pathetic. We were hyped up to celebrate a momentous occasion, but the food served here totally dampened our moods. The ambience of the restaurant is below par. The starters were overflowing with oil. The main course were so bland. No comments for the desserts. Probably the best thing that I had was Pepsi

Parking is available but it's hard to find a slot during peak times. Fortunately they had a parking Vallett who guided cars in stop the car park over flowing. The seating area is very spacious but the tables are rather close, so you tend to hear other people's conversations. The food variety is fantastic and the items were regularly refilled.

Well, let's talk about my unforgettable adventure at the Ziryab Buffet Restaurant – because where else can you experience the thrill of a Pakistani wedding without having to RSVP?You know you're in for a treat when the ambiance makes you feel like you've stumbled into a kiddie birthday party. Kids on the loose, food flying around – it's like a culinary free-for-all. Who needs a menu when you can play food roulette, am I right?Now, onto the food, where the flavors are as diverse as the seating arrangements at a family gathering. The fried fish was good, And the palak chicken – Popeye would trade his spinach for a bucket of that any day!Let's not forget the gajar halwa – it was one and only sweet dish I like to eat at Ziryab. Paye was better option as compared to other dishes. But don’t expect them up to the mark. The fries and chicken wings were liked by my kids.Now, the rice dishes – it's like they were playing a game of Guess the Flavor." The Chinese rice and chicken Manchurian won the flavor lottery

Food is just ok standard .. not as desi as it should mostly bland food - being in Birmingham and mostly catering for desi people don’t know why it would taste like any Uk Indian restaurant

It's not a bad buffet, but it's not amazing either. Wide selection of Indo/Pak food (curries). They also do fried chicken, salads, sauces, some random Chinese" and "Italian" food!Their curried are decent. Again

One of the last good few buffet places left, prices for adult is £20, a massive variety of food , unlimited drinks plenty of desserts. If you want to try buffet places this should be at the top of your list. There is a car park for parking but it can get full very quick.

Parking was easily found, they have a parking lot in the back. The staff member working in the parking lot was helpful and polite.We went there during Ramadan so it was expected to be extremely busy. The staff were polite and accommodating expect for the rottweiler and an old Asian man.The fried food (Samosas & Pakoras etc) were extremely dry and cold. Not enjoyable at all but the curries and desserts were top notch.I've been here a few times and might return in the future.

This review is from someone who has traveled from london.The food what can I say it hit or miss.Leta talk about the starter first and the one I had. Chicken pakora was fresh. When i say fresh means the meat was fresh and there was no smell coming of it. But same can’t be said about the fish which was chewy means it either frozen or old.For mains chicken biryani was spot on not spicy and not bland just right. In grilled its lamb chops was really good and i would highly recommend it. Same as paya as well freshly made. For haleem the dall ratio was not even and there was strong taste or barely that was in haleem. Gol gapy water was also delicious by far the best I had in Birmingham.Dessert I will highly recommend Gulab jaman the sweetness of it was just right and also other dessert I didn’t had chance to eat but my family gave it nice thumbs up.Drinks wise there wasn’t any 7up or Sprite in dite so that was kind of disappointing as well but I had diet pepsi and it was nice and chill.
