I had a great experience here and finally managed to find my dress after 13 months of searchingThe customer service offered by Victoria and team has been great. I was in the shop for a lot longer than my appointment time (even though they had to prepare for an event in the afternoon) and they made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed.Even though my appointment was only 6 months before my wedding day, Victoria liaised with the designer in a timely manner to make sure I receive my order in time.

I bought my wedding dress from this store. The whole experience was fantastic. Victoria is so warm and friendly. From the moment I booked an appointment to have a look in store I had a good feeling. Victoria stocks the most amazing dresses. There are some very unique and individual looking dresses so if you’re after something a bit different or you want a dress like no other bride this is the place to look. I also bought two of the multi-way dresses for my bridesmaids which were great, lovely range of colours which complimented each other.Victoria was great at getting back to me on email, always prompt. She also helped and advised me on getting a seamstress to do the alterations and dry cleaning after as I got married abroad so was lucky enough to wear my dress a second time having a home party. All in all a fantastic experience and service from Victoria. Thank you for everything!

Amazing service and great quality multiway bridesmaid dresses. I've tried on quite a few different brands of multiway dresses with my bridesmaid and decided on Victoria Lou in the end as they had a huge colour selection, dresses are great quality and design and no different to other brands which were almost twice the price! Being UK based there was no surprise customs taxes which I've been caught out with in the past. Easy to communicate with and samples and dresses came within 1-3 days of ordering. Highly recommend.

Victoria Lou is not just a bridal shop, but a whole experience from start to finish.Victoria has designed the most stunning bridal boutique and from the moment you walk in, you are completely put at ease by her and Sue who are friendly, professional and masters of their craft. The shop is beautifully merchandised with dresses and accessories from highly exclusive designers, and Victoria gives you the opportunity to select dresses off the website first that are then hung on a dedicated rail for you when you arrive, before you browse the rest of her incredible stock. This was something that I really appreciated as can be quite overwhelming when you are surrounded by so many different styles and options!When I found my dream dress the ordering process was really straightforward, and Victoria kindly kept me updated with the progress of the dress order so I could co-ordinate the collection of my dress with my alterations appointments. When I collected my dress, Victoria showed me how to pack, carry and fit it, and even checked in with me a few days later to confirm I was happy with everything. To top it off, she even gave me a goodie bag complete with bespoke, personalised gifts that provided the cherry on top of an already perfect (and very sparkly) cake.I also bought my bridesmaids dresses from Victoria Lou Bridal, and cannot recommend her multiway dresses enough! She offers a trial service which provided a fab opportunity to get together with the girls to give the dresses a test drive, and when we had selected the colour we wanted the dresses arrived really quickly.I almost wish that picking my dress hadn't been such a straightforward affair as I would love nothing more than to visit Victoria Lou Bridal over and over again!Thank you so much Victoria & Sue xxx

I've only ordered samples from this store so far, but they've always arrived quickly and were clearly labelled. Can't wait to order my bridesmaids dresses. Gutted this shop is so far away from me as I'd love to visit the actual store!

After a friend purchased our bridesmaid dresses from here, I too bought mine for my girls. I did order a few samples first (50p each), which came within 2 or 3 days of ordering them. I had emailed the customer service address on the website asking whether I had to return said swatches and recieved a reply the next day (you don't return them, you can keep them). When it came to ordering my dresses, I chose 3 of one colour (midnight blue) and 2 of another (burnt orange) - all the tulle style. There was a discount applied for the dresses which saved me £25 all together which was a lovely little bonus. When emailed about the dresses and their expected delivery date, I was pleasantly surprised to have my response the next day. Ordered late on a Saturday night, the dresses would be with me that following Wednesday, inclusive of the bank holiday weekend!The service and response rate have been incredible and I absolutely will be recommending this fantastic shop to everyone I know! I had such a lovely experience visiting Victoria Lou. Victoria and Sue are highly professional and make you instantly feel at ease. I visited 4 other bridal shops before Victoria Lou and I certainly saved the best to last. The service in Victoria Lou was fantastic. I felt really welcome to try any dress on and Victoria was informative about all her gowns during the process. I was also impressed by the variety of gowns in the store, there were plenty to try on for a variety of budgets. Before going to Victoria Lou I was worried I wouldn’t find my perfect dress as I am very fussy but that changed when I started trying on Victoria’s dresses. She has an eye for stunning designers and gowns, I was simply blown away.As I was quite fussy, I only left around 6 months before my wedding date to find my dress. Victoria made me feel at ease and communicated throughout with me and the designer whilst my dress was being made. Due to me being unable to travel to get my dress, Victoria arranged for my dress to get to me safely even though she was on holiday herself.Victoria and Sue really went above and beyond to ensure I had my dress for my first fitting.It was an absolute pleasure to purchase my gown from Victoria Lou, the customer service is fantastic and the selection of gowns are a dream to try on.Thank you Victoria and Sue!
