Surprised they are still in business. I will never go there again!! Disgusting attitude from the older man. Didn't want the order cuz they were too busy, when they did take the order he said he would contact me to confirm delivery, 3 days later I get a phone call saying they are on their way. When I tried to rearrange as it was not suitable to leave outside the house he said he was cancelling my order and would refund me when I tried to discuss it with him he put the phone down. Had to drive over there and get a refund. Since ordered from Travis Perkins, excellent service and price. They don't deserve to be in business with an attitude like that, he should be sacked. There are plenty of people out there right now that would do anything for a job.

Excellent service, helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection and lovely to be able see different designs. So glad we went, now I'm fixed up.

Exceptionally friendly and very helpful

We went to order some some pavors, Ripon Buff was only part of our order,I asked if we could have 9sq mtr, he asked if we were taking them with us? I said no we would like them delivered.We wouldn't deliver 9sq mtr it wouldn't be worth it" was his reply I didn't even have chance to tell him what else we wanted. So we left telling him we would go somewhere else that wanted our money

Stone Valley the best Stone stockists in the area good quality products great variety of Indian stone, sleepers great rates lots of aggregate stock to a large variety even soil and vark chippings .I would definitely pay them a visit

I Have used stone valley numerous times over the last few years and cannot really fault them the delivery driver is excellent. people should realise not many work there and sometimes you have to wait its not a cafe its a building yardThanks and best wishesN Latham. Forsbrook

The staff a very freindly and helpful. The bloke in the office, the boss or manager is very unfriendly, stubborn and unhelpful that let's the business down. Glad I don't work for him.

Strange review this - I'm all for giving the benefit of the doubt, and fully understand that some elements of products that are bought for resale are completely out of your control - so when I had to send the slabs back that I had ordered I was pleasantly surprised that a refund was offered without question - albeit with a comment from the owner that you must have chosen the wrong colour" - yes the owner of the business is an unusual chap
