Definitely much greater level of security here than the usual Wightlink Gunwharf quays port. Interesting experience travelling through the naval dockyard and seeing the vessels in port.

Long way to wall with luggage from secure parking. Staff are great especially in the little upstairs coffee shop. Loos clean.

Very slick! After years in and out of Southampton, what a treat to visit a well run and, just as importantly, friendly and helpful cruise terminal. Well done Pompey!

Having arrived early, it delivered on.most requirements. It offers retail outlets, waiting area and a good menu, for those on the move. Booking in, was .fast and efficient. Toilet facilities were clean and of a high standard. The waiting area is large, and warm; however the seats go a little hard, towards the end of the wait. An excellent idea, is the installation of a cold water fountain, to fill water bottles.

Nice big open area still as you walk through main doors reception straight on the right Directly in front there's a nice little shop but if you go upstairs to avoid that if you go upstairs to work inside the Costa as some of the stuff are helpful but most of them are not as the most helpful ones are the cleaners

Nice clean port, good food in the cafe upstairs and the security people were kind. They got us on the ferry quickly and easily. One nice thing I liked was the bus that takes you from the port to the ship actually drives directly onto the car parking deck of the ship, so if you have a lot of luggage, you don't have to pull it up a steep ramp.

Easy to use terminal with ferries to France and the Channel Islands. Friendly staff, coffee shop, and clean bathrooms help make the experience pleasant.

Just used for disembarkation. Well organised. Didn't use any of the facilities, but everything seemed to be available.

Clean and staff is helpful and friendly. Coffee place on the 1st floor with limited but good food and drink selection. The shop on on ground floor could do with a bit more stock.
