MK DART

MK Dart was recommended to me a few years ago and I have used them three or four times since. I have always been very impressed with their knowledge, expertise and the speed with which they attend and rectify any problem. They are excellent value too. I cannot recommend them highly enough and they are a pleasure to do business with.

Brilliant experience with MK Dart. Had my washer/dryer breakdown suddenly and they were able to book me in as soon as possible. Very friendly service and managed to fix my washer all in an hour and half. Very trustworthy and would recommend to anyone in the area.

This company is the best and most honest that I have dealt with. I first contacted them to repair an electric oven for me and they did a brilliant job.I contacted them again to inspect the connections for a dishwasher. The tenant got someone who advised that there was work to be done to get the connections ready and quoted £150 then phoned later to say this would cost £200. The estate agency got someone who quoted £240. I thought I try Steve and Katie, I was not sure if this was part of their expertise, they were very helpful, gave me a quotation which was a fraction of the others and completed the job perfectly in no time with minimum hassle. I wish they work in Shrewsbury where I live so I can use their excellent service for my own house. Keep up your excellent work. Well done.

Great experience with MK Dart. Fan oven stopped working so called them up yesterday to request a quote. They sent someone out today who had the part ready and it was fixed by 3pm. The engineer who came out was professional and friendly and found then fixed the issue quickly. All with covid guidelines followed too. Would definitely recommend, great job!

When you experience an appliance or in my case appliances that break down you really need a repair organisation that you can trust and one that is honest and professional. MK Dart are precisely that. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They provided me with clear and concise repair information at a very reasonable cost. I was kept fully informed as to the status of the repairs and parts required to complete the repairs including what the cost would be throughout. What stood out for me was MK Dart really seem to care and want to provide the most cost effective and long-term solution. This is one of those rare small companies that are very customer centric. Although ideally I do not want to be using them again anytime soon as I would rather my appliances did not fail, if I ever do need to again in the future, MK Dart will be my first stop. Steve and team are personable, reliable and good at what they do.

MK Dart replaced an integrated Bosch dishwasher for us. The old one was carefully removed and the new one installed taking care to ensure that the door panel was installed correctly to line up with the cupboards on either side. They explained how to use the new machine. They were excellent and a pleasure to have in the house. I would highly recommend them. Sarah

MK Dart have been brilliant helping us sort out our fridge freezer following a disastrous repair from another less salubrious company. I fully recommend MK Dart for appliance repair I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Katie was so very helpful and Stephen was quick efficient and very professional. Excellent service thank you!

So glad I called these guys. I was about to get rid of my machine and it turned out to be a really simple fix, but something i'd never have thought to check. The engineer who came to take a look was friendly, helpful and clearly really knowledgeable. He also cast an eye over another appliance for me during his visit and gave me some straightforward advice about what to do.My machine needed a part, and my engineer explained there was a choice to make between a generic unbranded version (around £15), or one specific to my machine (just under £50). He recommended the specific version and explained why. Return visit, installation of the new part, and extra checks all included as part of the initial call-out fee. I paid £140 all included, and the work and parts are guaranteed for 6 months.So glad I gave these guys a shot, they've saved me about £800 on a new machine i didn't need. Will definitely call on them again when the next appliance inevitably goes wrong - they have my complete trust.

Family run business, great service. honest engineers. Edward today fixed my dishwasher . He was on time, polite, confident and reassuring. Good value would recommend. Have used dart in the past for other appliances cant fault them. Well done and thank you
