Worst ‘customer service’ I have even come across !A small group of us hired a limousine, the hiring and taking your money ran very smoothly, when I reported a few issues, car was pink when should have been white as per booking form, the air conditioning was not working and most annoying we had paid for and given instruction for each couple of be dropped off at their own homes along with postcodes but the driver denied all knowledge, although I had it in black and white and showed him.I approached Transport Group Broker with my issues and they were not interested at all, Lauren is apparently the person in charge of customer complaints, she is absolutely useless and should be ashamed of her inability to return emails, return calls or even resolve a problem.If you are thinking of booking anything via this group, do yourself a favour and stay well clear !

I booked a limo through Cars for Stars - 2 other companies were involved int he booking - transport broker group and Essex Limos. Absolutely terrible customer service. You are right, they take your money - but when things go wrong they fail to get back to you.We had the car booked for 6pm pick up - the car did not arrive until 7pm. The driver advised he had been involved in another job and it had taken him longer to get to us than expected.We had restaurant reservations booked for 7pm and other guests waiting for us there - so we were unable to change the time of the hire - thus we did not get the full 1 hour that we had booked and paid for in good faith. Just a short ride to the restaurant.I have emailed Essex Limos who provided the limo and they have failed to respond to my emails - although they tell the broker they have. The transport broker group say they are just a booking agent and there is nothing they can do. Absolutely disgusting service and we paid for a service we never received.
