I visited Shelley due to some back pain I was experiencing. Everything was explained to me in detail and what exactly reflexology is all about. The treatment was wonderful and back pain all resolved. Very relaxing and calming. Couldn’t recommend Shelley enough!

I was referred to Shelley for Reflexology when I had badly injured my feet from walking an entire day with a pair of damaged hiking boots. I could hardly walk and I was in complete agony. Shelley gave me a consultation session where she assessed my feet and determined the correct oils to use for the session. Coupled with the the relaxing music and wonderful aroma of the oils, my feet began to feel so much better within minutes and I fell fast asleep!Upon waking, I was in a completely relaxed state and by the next day, I was walking without pain again! A second Reflexology session sealed the healing process and my feet are back to normal. I am so thankful to Shelley and I highly recommend her 1 hour blissful, relaxing Reflexology session.
