Lovely little courtyard; very tasty coffee with pouring cream, beautiful scones with clotted cream and jam - and surprisingly - amazing value.

Visited the Yard on two occasions recently. Coffee was weak and on one visit the service was poor - waiting for 20 minutes for our order to be taken.The Yard is now closed.

Absolute favourite place to go and enjoy a coffee, sweets and food. Everyone here is amazingly nice and kind, they will make sure you are happy and will want to come back again and again.

Fantastic place to visit in Oakham .Menu to suit different tastes.Home made grub tasty and cooked with love .Reasonably priced Alison and her staff are very friendly nothing is too much trouble .Recommend her ginger cake and look can't wait to try out the other delicious looking cakes the next time l visit.

Wonderful place! The food is great and the place is perfect for any time of day. There are meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans in my family and there is something for everyone. Highly recommended!

Average breakfasts. Friendly staff. Cheap bread for toast. Good coffee. Nothing special overall. Better places in Rutland to eat.
