I can only recommend this family run business.It is not everyday that you purchase a car and when I do, I want an open, honest and respectful conversation with the sales team.  Arthur Daley makes good TV, but is not who I want to deal with.  From my very first contact with Martin, I was comfortable; his video response to my enquiry regarding one of their used cars was detailed, informative and having later seen the car, accurate.  Buying for a family member I completed my research and went to see the car and Martin - both reflected the business very well, a very nice car, as described, with full service history, one owner and in excellent condition.  Martin too was open, friendly and honestly answered our queries.  A fair deal was struck and the purchase saw us securing a service, MOT, valet, warranty and several issues sorted, but more importantly the promise that any identified issues would addressed; they were just a phone call away.  On uplifting the car, a query still existed around the timing belt, though the dealership who had 'owned' the service schedule, advised they had replaced it.  Within days the other dealership failed to evidence their work, which saw Martin step in, arranging the replacement of the timing belt at their cost.  True to their word C&M MCDONALD also stepped up to rectify a minor issue (again the result of a previous garages poor work) within days and expertly had my family member back on the road and delighted with their car.Thanks folks, your dedication, professionalism and customer focus really stood out to us.  You will be our first stop come time to change our own car and will be recommended  to all family and friends, :-)

Had a recall from Suzuki regarding our Sx4 S-Cross so contatced out local dealer. They were so very unhelpful and even rude. Unwilling to even try and unable to help us with this work within a reasonable timescale, as we are moving to Orkney, where there is no dealership. We had no choice but to drive 160 miles round trip to West End Suzuki in Dundee who could not have been more helpful! Poor show.

The staff was friendly and knew their business well nothing was a problem I would recommend them
