TLDR: If you value your time and want competent professionals handling your vehicle, I would look elsewhere.I brought my car in for a full service on October 18th, specifically mentioning that the previous MOT had flagged issues with the suspension arm and also brakes were squeaking. I wanted these issues sorted before the MOT to avoid any advisories related to mechanical issues. Despite the positive reviews, my experience with this garage was disappointing.I received a call after 5 pm notifying me that my car was ready for pick-up. However, there was no mention of the vehicle's condition; they simply handed me the invoice. When I inquired about the work done, the person I spoke to, who appeared to be the owner, assured me that there was nothing to worry about, and everything looked fine. The cost was £287, whereas I later learned that a comparable service at Kwikfit would have been £250 for context, do keep in mind they would at least do an inspection.Two weeks later, I scheduled an MOT. Checked in the car in the morning, when I showed up after 5 pm, past their closing time to pick it up, I was informed without any remorse that the car had failed the MOT due to dangerously loose suspension arms. This raised questions about the previous service—had any inspection been carried out at all? I wondered why I had paid almost £300 for a service that seemingly missed critical issues. Did they actually service it?They promised to fix the problems the next day but failed to communicate any updates. When I picked up the car after 5 pm, I confronted them about the time wasted and their apparent incompetence. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment or explanation—just a blank face.If you value your time and want competent professionals handling your vehicle, I would look elsewhere.

Garage recommended to me by a colleague as I work in the school nearby and needed my car MOT done so was really convenient for me . They were busy but managed to fit me in and was done within a few hours no problems. Really good service and friendly garage. Will definitely use again in future as is difficult to find a trustworthy garage with good customer service.
