Pizza Hut Delivery
We ordered online and they took payment, but they didn't deliver the pizza and they don't answer the phone. We will need to pursue a chargeback against them in hopes of getting the money... And go to bed without eating as this was the dinner plan tonight. Awful experience, and completely unacceptable. I'll never order from Pizza Hut again!Update... It just arrived. Just before midnight and we ordered a little after 9. Lukewarm and sloppy food. Friendly driver said he's from a different store and we should get a refund for the lateness. Let's see.

This hut doesn't have any of its own drivers, they outsource it to deliveroo (not that they tell you that in advance). When something goes wrong with your order, they're not able to get in touch with the driver or arrange a redelivery and wouldn't even refund me. When I called, the guy on the phone's only advice was for me to order from another pizza place. I had to wait a week for the head office team to return my money and didn't even get a voucher for my trouble, so I essentially lent them £35 for a week.

Store happily took money and order. No one turned up. After contacting customer services I was informed their ovens were not working. Basically they are running a fraudulent business. If I did not chase after this they would have happily taken my money. If you order from this shop good luck!

Shocking place. Ordered one pizza and they couldn’t even get that right. Ordered a large supreme and they gave me a large margherita instead and the cheese was missing off two slices. Also took ages. Won’t order from here again

DO NOT ORDERAbsolute joke of a shop.2hours after ordering I've had to come to the shop myself. Did not go out for delivery for 1hr 40mins. Shop stopped answering my calls.I get to the shop, woman with a bad attitude tells me I didn't answer he text so she gave up delivering, couldn't find an address on a main road with instructions provided.At time of writing waiting for order to be remade.I intend to get full refund also. Night ruined.

Part of my order was missing. Delivery guy said he will be back then I never heard from him.What kind of service is that?Next time they took my money and never delivered my order. I’ve been fighting 2 weeks for my refund. Extremely rude stuff!! Stay away from them!!

It's a collection point/delivery hub. There is no seating area, so don't expect the salad bar or to be waited on. You can order online and either collect your food or they can deliver for an additional cost. But they do offer a great service. We used the offer of buy two large pizza with a drink, two sides and a dessert for £30.99

Lots of missing items when ordering. Also has deals like the melt deal which is £9.99 but then it makes you choose a drink which costs an extra £1. So that means you are actually paying £10.99. That wouldn't have been that big of an issue for me but they did not even provide me the drink that I paid an extra £1 for. Would not reccomend ordering food from Pizza hut in the future. Will be sticking to domino's in the future.

First time trying it in the UK- Got a delivery from Pizza Hut. Was quite disappointed, didn't have the usual Pizza Hut" quality (as in other places). The pizza itself was ok. Chicken wings (BBQ) had a weird taste
