I was really surprised when I visited here. Wasn't expecting much but the food was pretty good. Chips were hot and crunchy and the vegan burger was tasty.Service was slightly slow but not too bad. There's plenty of seating on each side of the restaurant as well as out side.

The food here was such poor quality that so much leftovers went into the bin by different customers.A typical meal deal was £12, (burger, chips, drink) but everything tasted bland. Even the sprite tasted bitter. The food really was poor quality. The packaging was good quality though. Perhaps by next visit they could bring the food quality up to standard.

Quite possibly the worst burgers we have ever had and none of us finished our meals. Lacking any flavour and probably any meat! Truly awful. The chicken strips were edible though.

Spent nearly £45 on food 2×burgers&2×chicking tendersBurgers were absolutely horrid and the chicking tasted almost like fish very poor food. But the staff were lovely but we ended up throwing most of the food and eating later on at a transport Caffe.

The food was acceptable, but for the price it's not goodThe burger was quite rubbery, hard to explain, but clearly cheap, mass produced rubbish. The chips where nice.First time I've ever bought food in Alton towers, or Amy major theme park, and I'll be taking Butty's next time.Service was not bad, but nothing special either. ( Disney world, their staff are special, bright as buttons even at 7pm at night, even the car park attendants)Felt a little 80s MacDonalds in decor without Ronald McDonald and his cronies, with Alton towers music intertwined with other instrumental pieces.

The food was stone cold and when we took it back an pointed out that even the thin slice of burger cheese hadn't started melting the response from staff was that the cheese wasn't supposed to be melted. This was when the park was busy so maybe save this place for when the park is quieter and hopefully the experience here will be better.

We used this for lunch on a recent visit to the park as you get 20% off as a Merlin pass holder. 73It used to be a burger king but I guess they lost the licence, they have basically kept the same menu though. We had a chicken burger meal, bacon cheeseburger meal and some onion rings, the sides were all hot and fresh, though my burger was extremely dry, it had been left in the holding unit too long. A little bit of focus and would have been a perfect meal. The place is pretty grimey too, needs a good sweep and mop, I'd guess it's not been done since the burger king days.

£13 for an overcooked burger is atrocious. Place was filthy.

This was without doubt the worst burger I have ever eaten in my life. Frozen?? Absolutely vile taste. Buns tasted disgusting as well. 2 adults and 2 children came to just under £40. How do you justify that???? Toilets were also disgusting. Avoid this place. I’d rather starve than ever eat here again. This will forever be a holiday memory: remember that disgusting burger we ate?? And we will all remember.

Waited about 15 minutes for a burger to be cooked. My child had stared eating it, part way through he was feeling quite disgusted and saying something wasn't right with it. I took it from him to have a look and as you can see in the image it was completely raw throughout. When I took it over to the counter I was met with a handful of young staff who had little response and alot of vacant facial expressions and shoulder shrugs. I asked if a manager was available, as clearly none of them looked interested and between them struggled to articulate a sentence. Then a few of them started reacting by waving their hands about gesturing and commenting not my problem" and "it's down to whoever cooked it". Now I don't work in hospitality
