Secrets Beauty Spa

Had a lovely day today at secrets beauty spa getting ready for my holiday. The girls made me feel so at ease even though it was my first visit to the salon. What a lovely relaxing salon felt like i stepped in to a different world when i walked through the door will definately be returning.

Made a number of assumptions informing me their sister salon had contacted me this morning, untrue, it was an just under an hour before I left work this evening to which I returned the call without any answer. I arrived for my appointment having no knowledge of it being cancelled until I rang this salon. They offered me a lower grade of service on another date which I was unable to attend. Informed me I would have been left a message, which would not be possible as I do not have that facility for personal reasons. I could carry on ranting, but awaiting my online deposit to be refunded. This is a very bad experience from which I was a regular customer. As I am unable to respond to the reply from the owner, I would like to add that I always received a text after an appointment and again with any offers. Surely, a text could have been sent to inform me of the cancellation of the appointment. This would have spared loss of custom

Relaxed and calm greeting. Friendly approachable staff.As we were a wheelchair user I took a call the day before to discuss my partners accessibility needs.Very pleasant experience.(Comfy waiting sofa too.)

A really lovely salon for a treatment or pamper. You are made to feel very welcome by all of the ladies and the salon is stylish and relaxing. Professional service with friendly highly skilled therapists who make each visit a pleasure.

My first visit there for a cosmetic treatment. Kerry (who dealt with me) was friendly and professional, the place itself was also very clean and the prices incredibly reasonable. They have lots of services available for both men and women from nails coloured, eyelashes and brows to cosmetic treatments such as skin tag removal.Highly recommend if you need cosmetic treatment not covered by the NHS or simply fancy treating yourself
