Great place Costa upstairs, toilet upstairs, lift for us with access problems and the staff in Next are fantastic at helping as I am on crutches, they helped with the basket and the lift they were great.

Nice to be able to have a coffee at Costa (and naughty cake) . My only complaint is returns should be done upstairs where collections are too. Creates too much of a que in clothes department. 15 minutes queuing not good

Was parked for 20 minutes, £60 fine. If you don't want people using a car park for parking their cars, put a gate on it.

My sister tried to exchange a candle which was unused and not opened in your shop today as she does not like the scent it gives off. There was a shelf full of alternatives but was declined this option. As a frequent user of your stores and not having a problem in the past I find this rather odd. Comment on this would be nice.

Great store, with the added bonus of having a Costa coffee in store. Even has a Next Home store. Well worth a visit.

I love to shop here. I buy most of my most of my cloths from here. Car park outside and Costa coffee shop inside.

Plenty of parking, changing tooms and choice of produxts. Love the costa coffee upstairs. Staff very friendly in both shoo and cafe.

Customer service very poor shop assistant talked with friends for 15 min then when I went to try clothes on he said fitting room was closed because they were busy and he had to many jobs to do if customer can't try on clothes and then purchase them then there is no need for store assistants as I couldn't purchase .shocking service will not be shopping there again .you have lost a loyal customer who bought many items from your store for work and social occasions.

Big sale on but when we visited there wasn't much in the men's department.
