Teresa is very caring and creates a lovely environment for the craniosacral session. Already a mere 24hours later our daughter is more comfortable on her back! Can’t wait for a follow up session to make sure all the tension is released. Would recommend Teresa to all newborn parents!

Teresa is such a wonderful and knowledgeable professional. She has given me the ability to trust myself and my body to nurse my child and it was not an easy journey. Any new mother would greatly benefit from an appointment with Teresa.

We had been having feeding/latching issues with my 6 week old baby which weren't improved by the tongue tie division we had had carried out. We came across CST and thought it was worth a try.Teresa was friendly and has a calming presence. I left the session feeling calmer than I went in even though the session was for baby not me! She is clealy very experienced in handling babies and we have seen improvement in his feeding in the week since the session. We will be going back for a follow up session.

We have now been to Teresa twice, the first time for tongue tie and second for a massage and both times we have had very different but very positive experiences.Obviously the first time out was traumatic for me the mum specially - but Teresa put us at ease and was super professional- I honestly don't think our LO even noticed the actual snip!Second time was today for the craneo and it was like being in a different place, lovely calm and relaxing atmosphere, and Teresa was amazing at quieting and relaxing not just baby but us parents too.Both times she took so much time to go through any queries we had and help us with different aspects like breastfeeding issues etc.We will be back for another one soon! Thank you so much, you have been a Godsend.
