Frances King School of English

I really disappointed by the service at Frances King. I was so exciting to start my English course, but the class environment and teaching curryculum was not the standard I thought. BUT the most worst part was the enrolment office and their terrible attitude. I do NOT recommend Francis King to someone who wants to level up their English skills. For the very high fees they charge, you can find much better English schools in London.

I recommend Frances King, whom I trained for 3 months, to everyone.I can say that it is a successful school with its professional teaching staff and friendly staff.Many thanks to all my teachers, staff (especially Jacob) and especially to the academic director of Mrs Layla.

I've waited for a response from Frances King management since Oct 25, 2023. Today is Dec 14, I feel like it's time for a review. I'm an agent who has been working with Frances King via 2 companies since 2011. I've enrolled adults and teenagers over the years. Just before Covid-19 in 2020 when everything shut down, I paid 1970 GBP for a teenage student who has since become an adult and no longer has the time to go to the UK.I thought I had a deposit of this amount and when I tried to use in October 2023, I found out my money expired". I have seen sent multiple emails to Ms Paula Bailey and now also 2 to Mr Garth Younghusband. I was never offered a refund

I have really loved this school.All teachers are very kind and nice and they teach perfect English.The people who work in the office are very efficient.

I spent two weeks with Frances King in London and every day was a highlight. From day one, I was lovingly supported fully and taken seriously with all my questions and requests. The lessons were very varied and great fun. I was able to improve my English a lot in the short time. I also loved the opportunities to take part in the free activities programme within a group after class. I especially liked the exchange with my classmates from different countries and the friendships that developed. I definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back soon. Thanks again to the team (especially Jacob) and all the teachers for a great time.

The enrollment centre is terribly run and uncooperative. While the teaching is better in comparison, you soon learn that they are not better than another languages learning providers. We came here to learn English and get to know British cultures but Francis King treat you like a rubbish and hide behind their lawyers and T&C as soon as you encounter a problem. For the price you, you are not getting the correct service. Please take your money elsewhere and avoid this school!!!

Frances King is very good school that I recommend to everyone.My progress in English has been really quick and easy. The atmosphere in the school with teachers and students is amazing. Many activities are offered and the location of the school is just perfect.
