Awesome shop layout. Makes the kids faces light up with joy. Got everything you can imagine. Kelly was exceptionally helpful with a can do attitude made my experience much easier in the busy store. Free parking, could do with a few more parent and small child spaces but I guess it’s not their carpark.

So earlier in the week I posted a one star review because no one answers the phone at our local store. Not having a car I wanted to speak to someone beforehand and make sure I wouldn’t have a wasted trip. However after several attempts on different days at different times I decided to just take the chance to go into the store with my purchase. I have to say the staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Definitely a 5 star service which I would love to give but only giving 4 stars due to them never answering the phone.

We visited Plymouth smyths store and was helped by Kelly with choosing which pushchair/pram and car seat would be right for us, my husband was very much into the size of the wheels etc. Kelly was completely professional and amazing attitude to detail.. with us considering she was probably wanting to crease with laugher at him.. We ended purchasing a zommi so thankyou Kelly for all your help will see you in December to introduce you to our little one xx

Went in to get a car seat for my grandson. Kelly helped me and she was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and she was really knowledgeable. Great sense of humour too ! Credit to the company.

Very helpful staff, I needed a copy of a receipt from over 6 months ago, and the manager Harry found it for me a printed off a copy. I then also bought a larger item and Harry carried it out to my car and popped it in the boot for me. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Good selection of toys and games - mostly plastic but that's what they want. Good to be able to search online and check stock before going in. I made the mistake of using click and collect" but they only keep it for 2 days which I couldn't make so had to wait for a refund."

Depending on the time you go there itsbeither jammed packed or empty. Hardly any staff available to help. Even when you get someone how they stand while you look is like they got places to be giving you essence to buy what ever it is soon as your done they move as fast as they can to get away from you. Was not impressed. The shelves are fully stocked and prices about average. Will go again if I got no where to go to
