I had a horrible large stain on my living room carpet from dropping a hot drink everywhere, and my stairs also needed a really good clean. Jack was a great communicator right from the start, prompt and friendly, did everything he said he would do and my carpets look like new. He takes care of the small things and does not take short cuts. No sign at all of the stain which is fab! I recommend Back2New without reservation and will use them from now on.
