The customer service is superb and the quality of the products is great too. I have just started out with analogue photography and video so bought here a Super 8 camera and a SLR. I will definitley come back again for film and lenses as they keep their stock in very good conditions and always feel welcomed at the shop. Here some pictures I have taken since I bought the Pentax SF7. Thanks✨

I sold some cameras and lenses to West Yorkshire Cameras and was very pleased with service they provided. Free collection from my home in Northampton within a couple of days and a very quick valuation which I thought was a very fair price and I accepted. If you do not accept their valuation they will return the goods to you at their expense. You can't lose! I would recommend this company to anyone.

I sold a bunch of gear to these guys, and they were great from start to finish. I did it all online/via courier, as I live miles away, and the whole process was painless. In the end they gave me a good price for the gear I sold to them too, even paying for items I hadn't thought had value. I also like the fact that they auction off unwanted gear for charity - nothing just goes in the bin. By contrast, camera dealers near me in London never even reply to emails. Would absolutely use these guys again.

Fantastic service and quick delivery. I have used west yorkshire cameras a few times now and i will continue to as they are brilliant and everything comes as described. Their little touches like a friendly thankyou and kind wishes with a tea bag will put a smile on your face or laugh a little. I cant recommend them enough!

Mike and Howard were very friendly and helpful. I brought two Leica M lens that I seldom use to them for a valuation. After three days, I received an estimate for the lens. I accepted the reasonable estimation for the lens. Then I received the payment in my bank account within an hour. Amazing! The whole selling process is easy and comfortable. I will definitely buy or sell with them again in the future. Highly recommended.

I adore West Yorkshire Cameras with my whole heart! I've bought film a few times, both in person and online. The store itself is gorgeous, and I find there's always something new to look at, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The extra flair when collecting film ordered online is my favourite part of buying from WYCs! The cat drawings on the thank you note always make me smile (and quite frankly encourage me to keep ordering)!! I would highly recommend West Yorkshire Cameras to anyone in Leeds :)
