Been here twice before and it's been a great experience, however booked in for 4:30, got there 15 minutes early, it got to 5:30 and still had not been seen to, no apology or any communication as to when I'd been seen to. I had places to be so got up and left. Very disappointing

Left a positive review but didn't know any better then, so had to retract it .Had some locs done, however they messed up and became undone really quickly considering I did what I was advised to to make them last long,they still unravelled quickly.I don't like the fact that my locs are not 'Even' meaning some locs in some parts are thicker ,other parts smaller. I hope they can improve on their loc techniques.Wouldnt not bother going back though.

I don’t usually take time to leave negative reviews but I had a really bad experience here towards the end of last year.The woman who washed my hair was beyond rough it was like a joke. No, “is the water temperature ok?,” just shoving me back and man-handling her way through it. Maybe she was more used to working with livestock? My audible gasps and visible flinching didn’t put her off either. My hair was pulled and yanked from start to finish. She literally dragged a comb through my hair when it came to the conditioner (no gently teasing it through, here). I can honestly say the nerve pain in my head from that wash and blow-dry lasted well into the next day. I can only assume the woman who did my hair either a) mistook me for her worse enemy or b) had just received terrible news and decided to take it out on my head.The younger woman who did my twists did an ok job and was certainly less rough than the woman who washed and blow-dried my hair.I don’t think either of the women who did my hair was the owner. The owner appeared smiley and welcoming but sadly was working with someone else.

The worst customer experience that I have ever had!!I used to come here many years ago the service was great and hair dressers were experienced and respectful. However, now the Salon appears to be under new management and they treat their customers appallingly (i.e yelling and shouting at me when I expressed dissatisfaction with the braids I had asked for).Without going into too much detail, the lack of professionalism was astounding; I won’t be returning and with this kind of customer service I highly doubt other people will either…

Love my hair style. Took my daughter there and they made her look a million dollars. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and families

The staff are unfriendly and rude. Also when you book over the phone and set a price they change the price to a highier price when you get there this has happened twice now. I will not be using their services.

Do not typically leave bad reviews but I’m disappointed.Went to go and get my leave out sew in removed and the women who performed this was cutting quite quickly. I was slightly concerned but put it down to assuming she was experienced and had done this many times before.However when I returned home and proceeded to take the hair down, I realised my REAL hair had been cut NUMEROUS TIMES throughout my head. My hair upon removing the braids as a result is now thinned out and uneven which I’m very unhappy about as this was supposed to be a protective style. I’m very unhappy as I paid for the service. Will not be returning as a result and I would not recommend.
