Had an appointment at 9.30 am at 10.45 am was still waiting had a appointment at 11.30 am elsewhere so had to leave just hope I'm never sent an appointment for this place again if I could rate it 0 star I would.

I never write reviews or complain. I use the doctors seldom and only as a last resort. But what a farce. Since Dr De Rosa & Williams have gone its gone to rat. Booked a so called phone referral never came. Went to the walk in centre who then instructed the Doctor to see me. Still nothing. I bet they don't forget to get the money they claim for you as a patient. I really fear for anyone needing medical attention.

Like the views of many...how can a surgery go from being the best in the area to the worst! At one time I would always sing the praises of the doctors at warstones surgery, now at a time when many other practices are allowing patients in it is near impossible to get an appointment no matter what your condition. They say to use the app but that isn't fit for purpose above renewing your prescription. Many more people will die from other issues.than covid

Who are these people who say they are seen on time, clearly nor r Clair's patients. Just spent over an hour waiting to be seen. then asked to go home and bring my meds because they had no ur what they had prescribed. What a shambles.

How can a doctors surgery go from being one of the best surgery in the area if not the best to being an absolute joke, only one doctor avaliable! Call back at 3:30 ! Pathetic! We will be looking to move ASAP.

This health Centre is going so down now after old doctors are gone now no one care at all even you call so many times to reception there phone line always busy. Treatment is so bad never response you properly...

Phone calls promised and not made by receptionists. One of them actually lies and had zero compassion. Total incompetence. One time waiting 60 mins from appointment start time before called in to consultation room! No warning or apology! No female GP. 6 week examination from labour not performed despite 2nd degree tear and no stitches. Over 6 weeks before a referral was actually sent to get a lump investigated in hospital as GP couldn't tell if it was benign or not.... drs don't listen or explain. The list goes on. Negligent practice since de Rosa and Williams left. Avoid if you actually want medical care

Dr de Rosa secretary is so rude I want to change practice. I ring up to enquire about an issue she talks to me with no respect like she hates her job or something and then shes hang up phone on me while I look for a pen to write down information which she is about to provide.

I found this clinic to be very quick ,and kind nurse's, had bloods done no pain at all.
