I needed a heavy duty simple machine to repair the canopy on my boat. I cannot believe that the machine was built in 1958, 9 years younger than me. This was excellent service at an excellent price. I was even able to download a PDF of a detailed manual.

I was really, really happy to be able to enter a billing address for one country to pay for the item and have it delivered to an address in a different country. So many online retailers find this hard and it is so frustrating.I easily found the item I wanted. A few more filters would have made the process quicker, which is why I am giving 4 stars, but overall I am very happy with the experience.

Worst business practice ever encountered! Very poor communications - I was given no pre-warning of the repair costs following the diagnostics, just kept in the dark and landed with a hefty unexpected bill.Standard practice is that a customer is given an estimate prior to any repairs so that they have a choice to decline. When I challenged this unorthodox practice, the manager suggested returning my sewing machine with the repairs undone! I don't think this business cares much about its customers' feedback!!!
