Sub Zero installed AC into two rooms for me. They were very responsive to queries answering them in detail promptly. Craig came out to visit my address to complete a survey to be able to provide me with a full quote of two different options that were available to me. Not all companies do this (so how they can provide an accurate quote is beyond me). They turned up on time and got on with the job in a professional manner completing the job the same day. Trunking was used so everything looks neat and tidy as well as protected. They even cleaned all their mess and put my mirror back up for me. Highly recommend these guys!

After two years contemplating air conditioning for the home we finally decided to go ahead. We knew this company was local and had good reviews. From the first contact the communication was excellent. Craig arrived punctual for the quote, discussing the installation and fully explaining the systems recommended. We chose the Mitsubishi Zen in white and had 3 units fitted. The fitters Danny and Tom were excellent, punctual, respectful, very clean and tidy workers. The communication throughout was brilliant, checking before the units were in place both inside and out. Instructions clear on how to use, even talking us through adding the app to our phones.It has been a pleasure to have Subzero to fit our air con, we can now put all the fans away and await another heatwave. We are absolutely delighted with the work of Craig and his team. From the first visit we could tell that Craig is not only a perfectionist but extremely knowledgeable about what he does, asking lots of questions and looking in the loft etc to determine what system would be best for us and how best to route the system for minimum disruption and to be as aesthetically plessing as possible both inside and outside. We were so impressed that we didn't bother getting any other quotes as we knew no one else would be able to impeess us as much.We now have two brilliant air con/heating units downstairs and will be in touch into the year for the bedrooms ready for next summer.Tom, Danny and Luca were brilliant lads, very friendly, explained everything really well, hardworking and delivered a high quality installation!Thank you again Sub Zero and will be in touch next year!

Craig and the team have done a fantastic job on our offices.From the beginning there was a personal touch from Craig who found the time to come out to us and look at the offices and discuss some available options with us. Despite getting quotes from other companies, I knew Sub Zero was the company I wanted to do the job.The team did a superb job fitting the heatpumps and units, they treating my house respectfully and did their best to make everything look as nice and tidy as possible.

We had some air-con installed last year and were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. So when we decided to have two more rooms added it was a no brainier to go to Sub-Zero. Just find Craig so easy to deal with. The installers Tom & Luke were brilliant. Two polite and hard working guys who did a great job. No complaints at all with Sub-Zero. I can recommend them with confidence.

Superb service, from initial contact and site visit right through to installation.Everything has been installed very neatly and nothing was too much trouble. The system not only works really well but also looks the part. It was a full day installation 8:30 am - 5:30 pm but no mess, nothing left for us to clean up - everything taken care of.I have no hesitation in recommending Sub Zero Climate Control, indeed I will be booking them to fit a system at home shortly, once the building work has finished.
