James and his team removed our old en-suite, tiled, and installed the new one to a very high standard. His attention to detail and advice when we were being indecisive was great. He was clean, tidy and so polite. We are so pleased with the finished result, we can’t stop looking at it and would love to work with JAE installations again for future projects!

James and Guy were fantastic and did an amazing job! The quality and workmanship they have really shows through in the completed bathroom!My bathroom was an old 1950s layout and they completely redid the very difficult plumbing and rebuilt the bathroom basically from scratch to fit the vastly different new design. All the challenges the job presented which weren't expected they took in their stride and the result was fantastic.They are lovely people to work with, kind and reliable, tidy, and respectful of our house and belongings so minimising the disruption which we really appreciated.They made the experience as seamless as possible and we felt secure and stress-free knowing they were doing the work. We will definitely return back to James next time we have a bathroom or kitchen needing work.
