Andrea was the most amazing hostess! She was warm, welcoming and made sure we had what we needed. She constantly made sure we had drinks and we’re happy with how everything was going, she had a smile on her face the whole time, and was very cheery and bubbly! I have never had a nicer server than I did tonight! Me and my partner were extremely happy with her customer service! Thanks again!

The steak I was served was full of flavour and absolutely lovely. The only thing I'd say negatively about the starter would be that I wish that they put more scallops in the dish as they tasted so good.The service was brilliant during my visit, our server was very friendly and lovely and made sure we were having a good visit and that she was able to do anything possible to make it great. The banoffee pie I had for dessert was delicious and as always, my favourite! It was just a shame I was full up and couldn't quite finish it! Overall a great experience here and would recommend.

Our waitress Amelie & the team were amazing!We visit Miller & Carter often, but mostly on special occasions. We’ve been to both Northampton and Grantham but always try to get booked into Kettering as it’s just that little bit closer than the others.Out of the 3, we’ve never had a bad experience with food or service but our visit with Amelie as our waitress was just that little bit better than the times before. She was obviously busy and on the move at all times but this did not come across when we were being served. She was smiley and the right amount of chatty, was never distracted by her surroundings when talking to us and made sure we were happy when our courses arrived - with an additional check everything was still ok a short while later.It’s difficult finding the balance between safe, robotic customer service and being overly friendly and over whelming, so it’s nice to see Amelie got the balance on point.We had absolutely no issues with any of the food.The manager on the evening shift (22/04/2023) seemed so genuinely pleased with the feedback we provided too so it was an overall fantastic (birthday) visit!

Family meal to celebrate our daughter turning 18. Service really good, not very busy in there so it was a bit quiet but not a problem. Menu has plenty of choice from Burgers to steaks, nice sides and desserts. Food is really nicely served and tasty. It's reasonably priced as you would expect for the quality of food. If you like steak or gourmet burgers you'll definitely enjoy it.

We came here for our anniversary and the service was absolutely amazing. They made us a sign out of chocolate. The food was good. Most of all, our server, Julita was absolutely amazing! Caring, kind and thoughtful; I have never had a server like her before and I can’t wait to come back!

This was the best Miller and Carter I've ever been to. My server Taylor was friendly, attentive and got everything in the order spot on. The food (Dirty burger) was stunning.

Julita was absolutely phenomenal. I come here always but I have never been told of Free Coffees. I was quite impressed by her service. She’s a lovely lady.Generally, I had a good time at Miller & Carter Steakhouse
