From the start to finish any queries or questions have been answered straight away and with the up most professionalism, nothing was ever to much trouble. They accommodated every request and always happy to help.Matt & Lyndsey keep me informed throughout and they both done everything they could to help speed up the process and they were there every step of the way to help and support.I would highly recommend David Cliff Binfield to anyone and cannot praise them anymore.

House moves are inevitably stressful, it helps when the people involved in this process do their job correctly, stick to the timelines and are understanding of the whole situation. We did not employ David Cliff directly, we bought a property they sold. But the smooth communications and their willingness to cater to our requests for viewings were really helpful in making our decision. Among all the chaos of settling in after the move, it was a pleasant surprise to receive the welcome card and a bouquet of flowers from them. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone. In fact, when I spoke to a friend who had purchased a house in the area, soon after my viewing with David Cliff, he too had all the good things to say about David Cliff. Great job!!

In summary, I cannot say enough great things about Matt & his team! Contactable, knowledgable, honest and also, really quite competitive on cost.Our process of moving house was more than 4 months in total and entirely painful throughout. Early on, it was difficult to know who to trust, and what advice to trust. I had the highest expectations of our solicitors and honestly, given previous experience with others, low expectations of the estate agents. The reality was quite the opposite.The house went on the market and within a matter of days, I had viewings lined up, about half of which turned into offers another few days later.During the selling process and throughout the transaction, Matt was always available to speak to and gave me his fair and honest opinion - not always exactly what I wanted to hear but always good advice.Matt & his team were able to talk more confidently about the process of buying our new build than even our solicitors could, which meant we could go back to our solicitors more informed about how to instruct them. We didn't take Matt's recommendation for solicitors, a decision I'd probably reverse if I were to do it again.Even after the transaction was complete, he stayed in touch and was on hand to help.Unfortunately, I've moved too far for me to use Matt & his team again (not that I'm in any rush to go through the process again) but I'd highly recommend anyone in the area, using them.

David Cliff estate agents are by far the best we have ever dealt with. They are very professional and always kept us informed with any updates, no matter how small. They responded immediately to any queries we had, even with an initial acknowledgment email that they were looking in to the query so you know they have received it. They came across like they care about you and the purchase of the property - even sent excited emails on exchange and completion dates! Big thanks to Matthew Mullane and Lyndsey Rogers for making it such an easy process. Highly recommend these guys!!

The help and advice I was given was exceptional. What surprised me was that the Binfield staff kept me very well informed throughout the process. One hears negative comments about estate agents but in the Binfield office's case, I have already recommended them to two other friends.

We bought and sold with Matt in the Binfield office, with our move (once the chain was complete) managed by Lyndsey and whilst our moving journey was more of an ultra marathon than a sprint - we can confidently say it was made a lot more bearable having Matt at the helm.The service you receive is personal and from the get go, we had full confidence in Matt to get the job done. The valuation on our property was fair, his feedback on viewings was thorough and balanced and we felt he managed the negotiation process between us and our buyers well, facilitating a price both parties were happy with.When it came to finding our next home - that was a tougher challenge…however Matt was on hand providing solid advice gained from his experience in the industry to insure that we made the right decision for us as a family.After a collapsed chain, subsidence and a mortgage refusal we eventually found the right house for us and were pleased that we were also purchasing through the same agency.
