I bought a belt which I was told was leather, I paid £7.50. I gave it to my husband who wore it once, the black covering peeled off, not leather, not wearable. I took it back. the manager said tough luck, you should have looked more carefully. She agreed she told me it was leather and it wasn't but just told me I wasn't getting a refund. Actually a nasty sort of fraud. I know they are raising money but that is close to stealing - I feel robbed!

I needed an umbrella, as I had come to Tankerton without a coat, to have an afternoon walk with my son (who is severely disabled). The lovely lady in the shop noticed that I was struggling and she helped me choose an umbrella, and I was very happy with my purchase. It transformed our afternoon from a nightmare to a fantastic day. Thank-you so much! x

They charge extra for bonus discs included with DVDs. If you bring this up as maybe a barrier to making more revenue they will look at you as if you're clog dancing on a crate of insulin vials.
