Dry/stale bread and Pepsi that tasted odd and watered down. Also, from what I remember, the cups/drinks machine is above the bins which is gross and I also don't like how there's only ever one person working here which just seems really irresponsible to me as what if there's a fire or medical emergency, they collapse, ect? Not good.

Worst subway I’ve ever had, asked for lettuce, cucumber, onion and sweetcorn and received the smallest amounts put on it. I never check or watch what they’re doing but clearly have to in future.I’ve just called to see if it was simply a new staff member. He didn’t apologise and simply said “anything else”!If you own this Subway you need to address the level of customer service you’re providing. You’ve just lost £300 a month from everyone in my office.

Normally when I get a subway here it has not been as good. But today I'm impressed. Really Good amount of filling. Still hot when I got home. And it was actually cut in half.

Today I ordered a bacon 6 inch sub in a herb and cheese bread. Served quickly. Lady behind the counter was very polite. Food was good

came in today with my children after we saw the latest kids pack was Disney cars there was one man serving who didn't even understand my English and told me so himself he wasn't good with English he had his headphones in listening to music and was blowing his nose around the food he then didn't know how to use the till and had to phone someone and was asking me how much the food was!! Disgusting service no wonder why the place was empty

Awful service , we were waiting 5-10 minutes to actually be served , we rang the bell and still no answer , the young man was stood on his phone in the washing up area. When he eventually came to serve us, we were greeted with a miserable face. It was definitely the worst service we’ve ever had from this subway. It took approximately 25 minutes from when we first turned up at the counter to when we left.He is very rude and slow, and clearly doesn’t want to be there. I recommend you speak to this employee as he is making a lot of customers unhappy. We sat indoors and ate our subway, we then witnessed another woman waiting for 5-10 minutes at the counter to be served. Again he was on his phone. There was hardly any fillings left , which caused to people to leave without actually getting anything.If I could give this 0 stars or minus starts I defiantly would .We will never return to this franchise as long as that rude , miserable man is there .

Terrible service on two occasions within a month, served by the same disgruntled and in-experienced member of staff. I’m simply surprised he manages to peel himself out of bed, no care for what he is doing and can’t even be polite... just grunts and stands on his phone whilst there is a line of customers waiting.I don’t know how this franchise survives with such poor staff and to be honest I hope that this subway franchise closes because it makes a terrible name for the brand.Thanks for nothing, I will not be returning and I’d advise anyone to steer clear.
